Whether clients are coming in with no previous knowledge, or an abundance of it, we help assess a client’s unique situation and guide them to which investment best fits them. We look at the entire picture and firmly believe that investment recommendations come after detailed discussions and an understanding of future goals. Our fiduciary standard provides our clients with confidence that our recommendations are made in their best interest, not ours.

RETIREMENT INCOME PLANNING

Our clients have worked hard to save throughout their working years, but the retirement years become less about building your nest egg and more about protecting it and taking distributions to supplement income. Your monthly retirement income requirement might be supplemented by other income sources like Social Security, a pension, and/or part-time work. We rely on our principled strategies and planning technologies to position our clients’ retirement assets to provide necessary income, downside protection, and growth potential.  

TAX PLANNING / PREPARATION*

Our team places a strong emphasis on tax planning for our clients, and we even offer tax preparation services for our investment clients as an add-on service. And for our clients who prefer to do their own taxes or utilize a CPA, we ask for a copy of their taxes each year. By understanding our clients’ tax status, our team can provide investment selection and contribution guidance, advice on Social Security decisions, Medicare and health insurance options, the FAFSA, legacy planning, and many other facets.

INSURANCE

Planning to protect yourself and loved ones from the unexpected is often times an uncomfortable conversation to have. As licensed life, disability, and health insurance agents, our advisors are prepared to educate our clients on all their options and answer any questions that arise.

LEGAL DOCUMENTS / ESTATE PLANNING*

Although we are not licensed attorneys, we encourage the importance of legal documents to protect your assets and provide clarity for loved ones. We routinely revisit beneficiary designation and titling of accounts to make sure our clients’ accounts are positioned in accordance with their wishes.

SOCIAL SECURITY PLANNING

When is the best time to turn on Social Security? Should you wait until your full retirement age to receive benefits or elect benefit as early as possible? We guide clients through this discussion and help determine what makes the most sense for them and their retirement.
